Stenio Santos Sousa has served as a Brazilian Federal Police Chief since 2003. He is a doctoral candidate in Legal Sciences at the University of Minho and a researcher in cyber criminal policy, cyber criminal investigation, digital evidence and the criminal legal ordering of the network society.
